The Pasture Barn can seat 250 (including the wedding party) under our Sperry Event Tent.
The Glasshouse can seat 120 guests
The Nest can seat 80 guests

In order to book your date, we require a 50% down payment when the contract is signed. Three months prior to the event, the second half of the facility fee is due. The final payment for bar packages and add-ons is required 30 days prior to the event. Please include the last names of the couple and the wedding date in the memo line if you are mailing a check. Full payment is due by the specified due date. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.

The Comfort Inn Chelsea is less than five miles away from the Farm with rates around $80-$100 per night. The Chelsea House Victorian is a great bed and breakfast that is only two miles from the Farm. The Holiday Inn Express and Weber's Boutique Hotel are closer to Ann Arbor, but still less than 15 miles away.

No. Robin Hills Farm provides a unique venue space with tables, chairs, and linen. China, cups, and silverware can be procured through your caterer.

Yes! We offer an exclusive list of fully-vetted catering services in different price ranges for you to consider. Because Robin Hills Farm is fully licensed for beer, wine, and liquor, all alcohol and bartending services must be provided by the Farm. Click here to view our bar packages.

In the case of rain, ceremony is conducted with guests seated at their tables, and the Robin Hills Farm team moves the few tables down the middle of the space to create a beautiful aisle. Couples love this option because it doesn't require the disruptive room "flip" like at other venues.

Because we only host one event in each space per day, our pricing does not change whether you hold your ceremony on-site or off-site.

Yes! Dogs are allowed during ceremony and pictures ONLY. Dogs must be on a leash and well-behaved. Robin Hills reserves the right to deny the presence of dogs at events for any reason.

Catering

We work exclusively with Wesley's Catering, Katherine's Catering, Mission BBQ, Moveable Feast, and Angel Food Catering.
Exceptions may be made for cultural cuisine considerations.

Because each caterer can customize a menu to fit your size and taste, we recommend that couples reach out directly for pricing and availability. Contact information for caterers is on the Vendor page.

Because our beverage packages are structured for six hours of service, we recommend starting your Ceremony at 4:30pm.

Because our venue will likely be reserved by another couple the night before, please plan for an off-site rehearsal unless you choose the two-day option on a Friday.

No fireworks are not allowed on the property, including no sparklers. Please consider cold sparklers as an alternative.

No vehicles can’t be left overnight. Please advise your guests of this policy. See our Vendor page for recommended transportation services in our area. We appreciate your understanding.

Music must conclude by 11pm to ensure that you, all of your items, and all of your vendors are off-property by midnight. Music on Sunday's must conclude by 10:00 pm to be off property by 11:00 pm.

Yes, candles are permitted as long as the wax drippings are contained and no wax gets on the linen.

In Washtenaw County, you can apply for a marriage license through the Register of Deeds. The cost for a marriage license for a Michigan resident is $20 and out-of-state residents is $30. Please click here to visit the Washtenaw County website for more information and for how to apply.
setup & day-of event

Outside food and drink (with the exception of alcohol) is permitted prior to the ceremony and in the Bridal and Groom Suites only.

Count on the staff at Robin Hills Farm to handle all of your trash removal and recycling during and after your event.

There are several picture-perfect areas on the farm, including the bridge at Sawyer pond. All of our recommended areas are accessible by vehicle, so please feel free to drive instead of walking!
