Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) and Yoga are wonderful activities for youth. During this week-long SUP experience, your child will learn SUP skills and a love for the sport. They will also learn water safety, build new friendships, leadership skills, and love for the environment. They will also learn how to relax and tune inward with Yoga and Meditation on and off the boards. This creates a great balance for each day at camp. And to top it all off - it’s tons of fun.
Each day there is something unique. We might have fitness days, adventure days, eco days, walking meditation that will inspire your child to stay active and connected to the water.
YOUR CHILD MUST BE A PROFICIENT SWIMMER IN ORDER TO ATTEND.
